Composition and release form of the drug
The drug Dr. Snore is a drug that fights the signs of ronchopathy (snoring). The product contains natural ingredients and is bioavailable, that is, it is easily and completely absorbed by the body.
It is produced in the form of an aerosol and a nasal adhesive plaster. Each pharmacological form has its own characteristics.
Spray Doctor Snore'Ex is intended for oral cavity treatment. With this remedy, snoring becomes less pronounced. This effect is achieved by toning the muscle tissues of the respiratory tract, increasing the elasticity and firmness of the soft palate, reducing the swelling of the mucous membranes of the oral cavity.
In addition, the aerosol suppresses bacterial microorganisms and further refreshes the oral cavity.
The spray contains the following components:
- lecithin;
- purified glycerin;
- potassium sorbate;
- deeply purified water;
- lemon acid;
- sage, mint, almond, eucalyptus, sesame oils;
- vitamins B6, E, R.
Against ronchopathy, Doctor Snore Ex is used in the form of a plaster. This is a sticky strip that is glued to the area of the wings of the nose. Thanks to the action of the active ingredients, the pad expands the nasal passages and thus facilitates the passage of air through the respiratory tract.
The patch works for 12 hours.
The nasal patch consists of several layers, each of which has a different function:
- the upper one protects the drug from the action of light, water, temperature;
- the polymer layer inside the top layer contains a drug that has a therapeutic effect. It stands out evenly on the skin surface;
- the inner layer provides contact of the strip with the skin, so that the drug is completely absorbed. Also, this part of the patch prevents the development of allergic dermatological reactions.
The active components of the patch are essential oils and vitamins.
The drug is dispensed in pharmacies without a doctor's prescription.
Drug action
The medicine works as follows:
- reduces the severity of snoring caused by the presence of polyposis formations in the nasal passages, colds and rhinitis, swelling;
- has an expectorant effect;
- eliminates irritation and swelling of the mucous membranes;
- increases local protective functions;
- normalizes the acid-base balance of the oral cavity (spray has this effect);
- stimulates respiratory function;
- stimulates the discharge of phlegm.
The remedy acts directly on the cause causing the manifestations of ronchopathy, without exerting a negative effect on the work of the body.
Indications and contraindications
The use of the drug is indicated:
- with snoring associated with increased fatigue or an uncomfortable posture during sleep;
- with episodes of ronchopathy, not complicated by apnea - the phenomenon of short-term cessation of breathing during sleep;
- with ronchopathy, the causes of which are colds or smoking;
- with ronchopathy, which is not caused by structural disorders of the nasopharynx or chronic diseases of the ENT organs.
It is forbidden to treat the disease with this remedy when:
- an unknown reason for snoring;
- intolerance to the components that make up the drug. For example, peppermint extract can cause severe allergic reactions;
- bearing a fetus;
- breastfeeding;
- pathologies of the upper respiratory tract;
- obstructive sleep apnea syndrome.
If an agent in the form of a patch is used for treatment, then the presence of dermatological diseases (dermatitis, furunculosis), as well as irritation of the skin in the area of applying the sticky patch, is a contraindication.
The drug can be used to suppress episodes of ronchopathy in children, but only from the age of 5.

Instructions for the use of spray and plaster
Doctor Snore in the form of a spray is used according to the following instructions for use:
- half an hour before spraying the product, you must refuse to eat or drink liquids;
- shake the bottle with the product, tilt your head back, spray 3 doses of spray (make 3 clicks);
- direct the spray tube so that the aerosol hits the back of the pharynx;
- after using the aerosol, do not drink water, do not eat, do not gargle.
Anti-snoring spray should be used immediately before bedtime. It is recommended to use the product for no more than a month.
The spray, in addition to suppressing the symptoms of ronchopathy, can be used as part of the complex therapy for colds, as well as upper respiratory tract infections.
The instructions for using the patch include the following steps:
- the skin in the area of application is washed with warm water;
- the place where the applique is attached is wiped dry;
- the plaster is glued in the area of the wings of the nose. This must be done carefully, so that the nostrils are open and the person can breathe freely through the nose. In no case should it be attached to the inside of the nasal passages.
The cover should be glued on before going to bed, and removed in the morning after waking up. Stickers are comfortable to use, do not feel on the skin, do not cause discomfort and do not move during sleep.
