And finally

Before starting treatment with any folk remedy, including oil-based ones, you must visit a doctor. Despite their safety, naturalness and undeniable benefits in the fight against cough, you first need to consult with an experienced specialist. If you ignore the doctors and only self-medicate, in some cases you may not get the expected result and start the disease. And this is fraught with complications.

In addition, without a medical education, it is difficult to make yourself a 100% correct diagnosis. There are many reasons for a cough, so it would be unreasonable to talk only about acute respiratory infections or acute respiratory viral infections when it appears. Check with your doctor if it is possible in your case to apply certain folk methods based on oils. And if he gives the go-ahead, heal your health.
