Preparations for inhalation with a nebulizer for laryngitis

There are many reasons for the development of laryngitis. Predisposing factors include infectious pathogens, cold air, overstrain of the vocal cords, long loud conversation, allergic agents (wool, fluff), autoimmune processes, gastroesophageal disease. Help cope with inflammation of inhalation with laryngitis with a nebulizer.

Laryngitis can be suspected on the basis of voice changes, dry throat, cough, subfebrile hyperthermia, and malaise. In the case of a chronic course, the listed symptoms are not very pronounced, however, the period of exacerbation proceeds with a pronounced clinic. With allergic laryngitis, an attack of suffocation develops.

With the advent of nebulizers, the inhalation process has become much easier to achieve the desired therapeutic effect, it is necessary to observe the dosage of drugs and the duration of their use. Note also that not all drugs can be used in a nebulizer.

Bronchodilators

The first group of drugs is represented by bronchodilators, which are indicated for administration in broncho- / laryngospasm. Symptomatically, a spasm of the respiratory tract is manifested by difficulty breathing, sputum discharge and a feeling of lack of air. A severe form of spasm leads to severe shortness of breath, increased respiratory failure and acrocyanosis (the appearance of a blue tint to the nose, lips, ears, fingers).
