  2. Now you can remove the sulfur plug at home with peroxide. You need to wash it out using an ordinary medical syringe without a needle, filled with 3 percent hydrogen peroxide (20 ml). It is advisable to do this in the morning. Before flushing, you must take a horizontal position so that the clogged ear is on top. The ear canal should be filled with a little peroxide. If it begins to pour out of the auricle, the lavage is stopped. Now you just need to lie on your side for about 20 minutes.
  3. It is necessary to complete the complex of cleaning procedures with a stream of water of a comfortable temperature supplied under pressure. A shower hose that has been removed from the water spray nozzle will work. Move the water jet a short distance from your ear and reduce this distance a little until you touch it with the edge of the hose.
